About us

Moonland is a growing digital agency with a social mission. We build digital solutions for businesses and organizations in the impact sector such as humanitarian work, education, and global programs, helping them deliver their mission more effectively with better visibility, smoother operations, and less manual work.

Impact defines our foundation. But we also partner with commercial clients where our expertise drives clear operational wins. So you can expect both purpose-driven and commercially focused projects.

We primarily build with no-code tools (especially Airtable) and complement this with integrations and custom development when needed. We work closely with clients and partners, co-building solutions that deliver measurable operational value.

Requirements

  • You currently reside in Belgium.
  • 3+ year work experience in any field.
  • Client-facing experience in a consulting, implementation, operations, project delivery, or transformation role.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills: you can lead workshops, synthesize inputs, and drive decisions.
  • Solid project management discipline: you can run delivery with clear milestones, ownership, follow-up, and risk awareness.
  • You’re hands-on in building digital solutions and able to iterate in the tools to create clear, effective solutions.
  • You have a strong conceptual instinct for structuring data, designing interfaces, shaping workflows, and iterating quickly toward robust digital solutions.
  • Fluent professional communication in English and Dutch, and French is an asset.

Assets

  • Prior exposure to Airtable (bases, interfaces, permissions, automations).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, HubSpot, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with integrations/automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) and basic API concepts.
  • Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, education providers, or multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Any experience in training, enablement, onboarding, or change management.
  • Fluent professional communication in additional languages are a plus.

The type of person we are looking for

You’re a transformation-consultant: you can walk into a messy situation, run a structured workshop, turn scattered input into clear requirements and ship a first working solution fast. You’re comfortable making trade-offs, documenting decisions and keeping stakeholders aligned from discovery to go-live.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • People-first and structured: you listen carefully, communicate clearly, and move groups toward decisions.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic: you like shipping real solutions, not just producing documents.
  • Ownership-driven: you take responsibility for outcomes and keep momentum, even when things get messy.
  • Motivated by the long game: you thrive in a young, dynamic environment and you want to be part of a growing company.

In this role, you’ll lead delivery and implementation while dedicating roughly 30% of your time to adoption, covering change management and client training.

What you can expect from us

  • A hands-on role with real responsibility and direct client exposure.
  • A team that values clarity, trust, and craftsmanship over bureaucracy.
  • The opportunity to work on international projects with meaningful impact.
  • Support to grow your skills across delivery, Airtable building, training/adoption, and consulting craft, with increasing ownership based on your strengths.
  • A culture where we invest in people who want to build for the long run.
  • Flexibility and autonomy in how you organize your work, with strong expectations around quality and ownership.
  • Join an international, growing team that thrives on diverse cultures, fresh perspectives, and shared ideas.
  • Benefit from our market-competitive salaries, group and hospitalization insurance, and additional legal benefits.
  • Enjoy a tech hub office, flexible working hours, fresh fruit and quality coffee.

Commitment to Equal Opportunity

Moonland is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants regardless of background, identity, age, disability, religion, nationality, or any other protected characteristic. We believe diverse perspectives make better products, better teams, and better outcomes for the organizations we serve.

If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply, especially if you bring strong motivation, learning agility, and the communication and ownership mindset this role requires.
