About us
Moonland is a growing digital agency with a social mission. We build digital solutions for businesses and organizations in the impact sector such as humanitarian work, education, and global programs, helping them deliver their mission more effectively with better visibility, smoother operations, and less manual work.
Impact defines our foundation. But we also partner with commercial clients where our expertise drives clear operational wins. So you can expect both purpose-driven and commercially focused projects.
We primarily build with no-code tools (especially Airtable) and complement this with integrations and custom development when needed. We work closely with clients and partners, co-building solutions that deliver measurable operational value.
Role summary
As a Junior Implementation specialist, you’ll be a key contributor to the success of our client projects. You will support our consultants throughout delivery, helping build, test, document, and improve Airtable solutions, while also handling first-line support requests to keep clients productive and happy.
This role is designed as a growth path: you’ll start by strengthening implementation quality and client experience, and progressively take on more ownership in solution building, delivery activities, and client-facing responsibilities.
Requirements
- 1+ year work experience in any field.
- Strong interest in digital tools, no-code, and process improvement (Airtable experience is a plus, learning agility is essential).
- You enjoy solving problems and improving user experience, with attention to detail and a structured way of working.
- Reliability and ownership: you follow through, keep stakeholders informed, and take pride in quality.
- You currently reside in Belgium.
- Fluent professional communication in English and Dutch, and French is an asset.
Assets
- Hands-on experience with Airtable (interfaces, automations, permissions).
- UX sensibility: you can spot confusing flows and improve clarity.
- Operational knowledge in procurement, project management, logistics, or similar domains.
- Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Notion, Slack).
- Exposure to automation/integration tools (Make/Zapier) and basic API concepts.
Key areas of ownership
1) Support delivery and pre-sales (implementation assistance)
- Assist in building and refining Airtable bases: data structure, views, interfaces, permissions, and basic automations.
- Prepare and maintain demo and template assets (reusable components, demo scenarios, clean example data).
- Support consultants with project tasks: workshop preparation, follow-up documentation, requirement notes, and rollout materials.
- Help with testing and go-live readiness: test data, checklists, UAT support, bug tracking, and final QA.
2) Quality, UX, and continuous improvement
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements that reduce friction for end-users.
- Improve usability and consistency across solutions (naming conventions, interface clarity, guidance text, error-proofing).
- Help maintain internal best practices, implementation standards, and documentation libraries.
3) Client support (as part of delivery excellence)
- Provide first-line support via a ticketing system: triage, troubleshooting, clear communication, and follow-up until resolution.
- Escalate complex issues with strong context (steps to reproduce, screenshots, expected vs actual behavior).
- Turn support insights into productized improvements: “fix once, benefit every client.”
The type of person we are looking for
You’re practical, curious, and you like making things work well. You get satisfaction from taking a half-finished solution and making it clean, understandable, and reliable for users.
You will thrive if you are:
- A Do’er with a quality mindset: you ship improvements and you care about the details.
- User-oriented: you want clients to feel supported and confident using what we build.
- Structured and calm: you can manage multiple tasks, keep track of tickets, and communicate clearly.
- Ambitious to grow: you want to build your skills and gradually take on more responsibility in implementation and delivery.
What you can expect from us
- A real opportunity to grow into a broader implementation/delivery role over time, based on your strengths and interests.
- Coaching and day-to-day learning from experienced consultants and technical experts.
- A varied project portfolio (impact and commercial) with real operational complexity, meaning you’ll learn fast.
- A team culture built on ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.
- Trust and autonomy, with high standards and strong support to help you reach them.
- Benefit from our market-competitive salaries, group and hospitalization insurance, and additional legal benefits.
- Enjoy a tech hub office, flexible working hours, fresh fruit and quality coffee.
- Join an international, growing team that is open to your ideas and contributions across various business units.
