Raise a concern

If something we are doing does not sit right with you, tell us.

This page is for concerns about how Moonland behaves: ethics, working conditions, human rights, the environment, how we handle data and AI. If you have a question about a project or need support, our contact page is the faster route.

Anyone can use this. Our employees and freelancers, our clients, our suppliers, or someone with no relationship to us at all.

• Environmental concerns
• Data protection, privacy, or how we use AI

How it works

1. You submit the form below. Your email address is optional; see below on anonymity.
2. We acknowledge it within five working days, if we have a way to reach you.
3. We look into it. Depending on what is raised, that may mean a conversation, reviewing records, or getting external advice.
4. We come back to you within 30 calendar days with what we found and what we are doing. If it is genuinely complex and takes longer, we will tell you that and give you a new date.
5. We log it. Every concern is recorded with a named person responsible for resolving it, and reviewed by our leadership quarterly.

Can I do this anonymously?

Yes. Leave the email field empty and we will have no way to identify you.

One practical trade-off worth knowing: if we cannot reach you, we cannot ask follow-up questions or tell you the outcome. If you would like a reply but do not want your identity known to the wider team, say so in the message; we can keep it between the person handling it and you.

No retaliation

Nobody will face any disadvantage for raising a concern in good faith. That applies to our employees, our freelancers, our clients and our suppliers. It applies whether the concern turns out to be well-founded or not. If you experience anything that feels like retaliation, that is itself something to raise here.

Who sees this

Concerns go to Pello Múgica Gonzalez, Co-Founder at Moonland. Where a concern involves that person, it goes to the other founder instead. Where it involves both founders, we will appoint an independent external party to review it and will tell you we have done so.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us. If we cannot resolve it between us, you are free to escalate to the relevant authority, e.g. the Belgian Data Protection Authority for data matters, or the relevant labour authority, and, once we are certified, to B Lab.
