Moonland is now a strategic partner of 180 Degrees Consulting Antwerp, the Antwerp branch of a global network of student consultants who support nonprofits and social enterprises.

Why students, and why now

Many nonprofits know their processes could work better. Reports take too long. Client files are updated by hand. Knowledge lives with a few people. But hiring consultants to fix that is often out of reach, especially for smaller organizations.

180 Degrees Consulting helps close that gap. Its student teams work on real projects for nonprofits and social enterprises, bringing fresh eyes, analytical rigor and a lot of energy.

What the partnership looks like

Coaching student projects. Every year, our team coaches student project teams throughout their assignments with nonprofits. We help them sharpen their analysis, map processes and turn recommendations into something an organization can actually use.

Workshops and hackathons. We run hands on sessions for the student consultants, where they learn how to translate an organization's challenges into structured digital systems, and build them.

Sharing what we know. Process analysis, change management, responsible use of AI and building systems teams can own themselves: the lessons we learn in our daily work are exactly what student consultants need to create real value for the organizations they support.

The partnership starts with a hackathon in Belgium on November 28, 2026. Student consultants from 180 Degrees Consulting Antwerp team up with Moonland to build working solutions for real challenges nonprofits face.
